Born and raised on a farm near the small town of Nazareth in the Texas Panhandle, Leroy Hoelting graduated from Texas A&M University before beginning his career in Amarillo. In 1971, he relocated to Colorado Springs, where he worked in both public accounting and private industry.

In 1980, he launched his own solo practice, which would grow into Hoelting & Company, Inc. Over the years, he has remained actively involved in civic, church, and professional organizations, reflecting his strong commitment to community service.

He and his wife, Colette, enjoy spending time with their four children and their families.

Scott Hoelting is a Partner at Hoelting & Co., bringing over 35 years of experience in the accounting profession, including 28 years with the firm. He specializes in business and personal tax consultation and reporting, offering clients trusted insight and strategic guidance developed over decades in the field.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA).

Throughout his career, Scott has served on the board of directors for several local organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing and golf.
